Technology

I like to use technology. I think technology can help us in many different ways. For example, when I study Japanese, I often use this website to help me understand words I don't know or kanji I don't know how to write. I use my computer for many things othern than studying. I also make lesson plans, activities for my English classes. I make presentations and sometimes videos too. However, sometimes I worry that I spend too much time with the computer and that I should try to spend more time outside, especially when the weather is really nice like it has been recently. I enjoy using technology, but I don't think it is healthy to use it too much!
